As a researcher in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, my career is focused in environmental catalysis and advanced oxidation processes for water and wastewater treatment. Nowadays, my research line is centered in drinking water treatment, making this precious resource reachable trough Photonitras - a project based on the construction of a prototype for the elimination of nitrates, arsenic, plaguicides and pathogens in drinking water. Research and Development are not useful without innovation to make this solution available to the society.
